The Vision
The International People and Culture Awards offers a stage for trailblazers and catalysts of the myriad industries worldwide who are championing a happy, healthy, and harmonious workplace culture for its people and communities. The Awards celebrate role model behaviour and modern leadership that is inspiring and influencing better working environments globally.
May organisations and leaders have worked tirelessly to transforming their workplace culture into sustainable, transparent, and inclusive environments for innovation and growth. The Awards aim to highlight leaders and followers who have swum against the tide and fought the outdated status-quo to enhance the collective diversity, genuine belongingness, and collaborative morale at their workplaces.
The Awards attempt to bring to the stage every dynamic stakeholder that makes a workforce purposeful and productive unit and would include recognitions for outstanding performances by professionals in leadership roles. The Awards will also convey an additional responsibility on the nominees and winners to continue to present themselves as role models in their industries and mentor novices aspiring to emulate their successful model
