Go Live: How Are You Making Culture Everybody's Business

At IPCW25, people professionals from across the world will prove that leading and sustaining workplace culture is not just the responsibility of HR or leadership – and, in fact, it is co-created by every individual in an organization. Therefore, this year’s theme is ‘Culture Is Everybody’s Business‘.

Workplace culture is not just an HR initiative—it is a collective responsibility of every employee, leader, and stakeholder. A thriving organisational culture drives engagement, innovation, and long-term business success. Four Live People and Culture Roundtable sessions, scheduled for May 1, 2, 6 and 7, will explore how culture can be embedded at every level of an organization, ensuring it aligns with values, business strategy, and the evolving nature of work.
